We must empower members to rebuild the Conservative Party as a mass movement

The campaign review can’t just focus on slogans & logos. To rebuild we must revitalise our grassroots. Members, not party officials, should select Conservative candidates. The central candidates list has morphed beyond its purpose. It must be scrapped.
